C & J Innovations values your privacy and has established this Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) that describes how we use, disclose, and protect the information that we collect online from visitors to our Assessment. This Policy is separate and apart from the Privacy Policy of this website and/or the Privacy Policy provided by your Advisor.
Collection of Personal Information

The scope of information that we collect from you may vary depending upon your interaction with the Assessment. Your Advisor and C & J Innovations will have access to this information.

—C & J Innovations owns and operates this Assessment and controls the financial planning information and tools provided thereon, which are collectively referred to herein as the “Services.” The purpose of the Services is to provide financial planning information, tools, and assessments to visitors or users of the Assessment. The Assessment and the tools provided thereon may also provide the visitor or users with recommendations of financial products or services.

—The information that you provide through your interaction with the Assessment must be your personal information. You may not enter personal information of another individual into the Assessment.
Violation of the Terms of Use

Modification or Termination of the Assessment
